The Pointe is a gated waterfront community developed by SunBelt Land Management, who have spent fifty years building luxury waterfront across the Southeast. It works on a pre-vetted builder model: you purchase your homesite from the developer, then build with a builder the community has approved.<\/p>\n
That approval matters more than it might sound. A community protects its character through who it lets build in it \u2014 which means the list is short, and being on it is a statement about the standard of work expected inside the gates.<\/p>\n

S&S has been building on Hyco Lake for years. Deep-water lots. Covered porches angled at the afternoon light. Homes drawn around the view instead of dropped in front of it.<\/p>\n
