On-Site Construction Manager
Luxury Custom Home Construction | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Construction Manager to oversee high-end custom homes from groundbreaking through final delivery. This role is ideal for a construction professional who values precision, leadership, and pride in craftsmanship — and who understands the elevated standards required in luxury residential construction.
As the daily steward of the build, the On-Site Construction Manager ensures quality, schedule, safety, and execution align with both design intent and client expectations. You’ll coordinate trades, manage site operations, communicate progress clearly, and deliver homes that are truly ready for ownership.

Selections Coordinator / Manager
Luxury Residential Construction | Full-Time (Flexible Onsite/Remote)
The Selections Coordinator plays a critical role in translating vision into reality. This position bridges design, client experience, and construction execution — guiding homeowners through every finish and material decision while ensuring selections are beautifully cohesive, budget-aligned, and fully documented for the build team.
From stone and flooring to cabinetry, paint, fixtures, and exterior finishes, you’ll curate thoughtful selections that elevate each home. You’ll also collaborate on showcase and spec homes, including Parade of Homes entries, where your personal design sensibility can shine.
