The Role
The financial and operational backbone of our projects — you'll turn design visions into accurate budgets and ensure those budgets hold from groundbreaking through final delivery. You'll lead preconstruction planning, manage trade relationships, and partner closely with clients throughout the build.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates and bid packages for custom luxury homes
- Present and refine project budgets with clients and ownership
- Oversee project schedules from contract through certificate of occupancy
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate project status, cost updates, and risks proactively
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in residential construction management and/or estimating
- Proficiency in Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar
- Strong ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- NC General Contractor's license preferred
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness

The Role
The most consistent presence in our clients' lives throughout construction and into the warranty period. You'll lead daily field operations on our custom luxury homes and manage all post-closing warranty service — a dual role for a seasoned field professional who's as organized and client-focused as they are effective on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities from groundbreaking through homeowner delivery
- Conduct daily site walks to verify workmanship, cleanliness, and safety
- Lead client walk-throughs at pre-drywall, pre-closing, and final completion
- Serve as primary point of contact for all post-closing warranty requests
- Track warranty trends and communicate findings for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years as a residential construction superintendent
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex builds
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in the finished product
- Service-first, client-centered mindset
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

The Role
You keep our projects moving forward. Sitting at the intersection of municipal relationships, legal compliance, environmental coordination, and development strategy — this hybrid role balances office-based research and documentation with regular in-person engagement at municipal offices, utility authorities, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track all building permits across four counties
- Manage entitlements for land development and subdivision projects
- Coordinate environmental, utility, and stormwater permitting
- Navigate HOA Architectural Review Committee approvals
- Maintain a comprehensive permitting tracking system for the full project team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in permitting, entitlements, or land development
- Demonstrated knowledge of Triangle-area municipal permitting
- Established relationships with local planning staff preferred
- Detail orientation that borders on obsessive — in permitting, it matters
- Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator

The Role
A detail-oriented Interior Designer to support finish selections, design documentation, and job site coordination across our custom and showcase homes. You'll guide clients through the full selections process — from stone and tile to cabinetry and lighting — and translate those decisions into precise documentation and stunning visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through finish selections: stone, flooring, tile, cabinetry, hardware, lighting
- Create design documentation, selection packages, and client mockups
- Produce SketchUp models and Enscape renderings
- Draft and edit drawings in AutoCAD
- Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, and track orders and lead times
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in interior or residential design
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Canva
- Strong knowledge of residential materials and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans
- Portfolio required — applications without one will not be considered

The daily steward of the build — overseeing custom luxury residences from groundbreaking through final punch-out and homeowner delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who combines technical expertise, refined judgment, and strong leadership with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design integrity, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities for custom luxury homes
- Coordinate trade sequencing to optimize efficiency and craftsmanship
- Track schedules, monitor budget compliance, and maintain daily documentation
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for internal teams and ownership
- Oversee punch-list creation, final walk-throughs, and warranty transition
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in residential construction management, preferably custom or luxury homes
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex builds simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar preferred
- Calm, professional demeanor and strong sense of personal accountability
